I am a professional Career and Life Coach.

I matriculated from High School in Northern Germany and expanded my studies for a further two years at a College in Lübeck, Germany.

I started my career as a trainee with an Import company in Hamburg. After moving to South Africa my corporate business experience started with Schwarzkopf (Hair care products) within the operational departments. Thereafter I worked at Novotrans International Forwarders that was found by my husband in 1994. Thanks to my fourteen years experience as the Operations Director and primarily dealing with people in Management, I understand the business and career contexts and challenges of the people I coach.

I realised that we all have the potential to be more than what we currently are.

This motivated me to study and complete a Coaching Course with Elsabe Manning, the well known Executive & Business Coach and Author of, “Up the Corporate Ladder – Professionalism in the workplace”. To further my studies I joined “I-coach Academy” from Middlesex, UK and completed the Star Coach Training and Leadership Development Programme, ACTP.

I master the German language and offer this to my German clients.

I am a proud member of COMENSA (Coaches and Mentors of South Africa). COMENSA is a non-profit body that aims to support professional coaching and mentoring practice in South Africa through developing and supporting standards and ethics.
